New Dallas Apartment Team ("we", "us" or "our") is an apartment locating team operating under Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC, a Texas Real Estate Commission licensed brokerage (TREC #562021). This policy explains how we handle information collected through newapartmentsdallas.com.

## 1\. Information we collect

When you use our shortlist form or contact us, you may give us:

-   Your name, email address and mobile phone number
-   Your search details: move-by date, current lease end, size, all-in budget, areas, lease term, must-haves, pets, commute destination and whether you have a TollTag
-   Your priorities and, if you choose, household income
-   Any buildings you saved on the board
-   The page you submitted the form from

We also collect basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, through standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.

## 2\. How the form is processed

Our forms are processed by LocusPilot's lead-capture service (leads.locuspilot.com), which receives your submission and emails it to our team. LocusPilot strips scripts from submissions and uses a hidden field and rate limits to block spam. Your saved list is stored in your own browser (localStorage) until you send it or clear it.

## 3\. How we use your information

-   To build your shortlist and contact communities about units, specials, fees and electric providers on your behalf
-   To schedule tours or live video walks
-   To pre-check income and documents before you pay an application fee, if you ask us to
-   To follow up after move-in (day 7 and day 30 checks, and a month-10 Renewal Check)
-   To answer your questions and improve our service

We contact you by call, text or email only with your consent, which you give on the form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

## 4\. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

-   With apartment communities you ask us to contact, to check availability and set up tours or applications
-   With service providers who help us operate, such as our form processor and email provider
-   With our sponsoring brokerage, Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC, as required for licensing and recordkeeping
-   When required by law

## 5\. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use the site. You can set your browser to refuse cookies. The calculators on our tools page run in your browser and do not send what you type to us.

## 6\. Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed to help with your search and to meet brokerage recordkeeping rules.
