Our policy

Every number on this site is sourced and dated. Property prices come from the morning feed; facts like electric provider, school district and flood zone come from address checks. If any of it is wrong, we correct it and record the change below within one business day.

How to report an error

Email hello@newapartmentsdallas.com or use our contact form with the page, the value and what you think is right. If a price is gone, tell us and we'll recheck the same day during hours.

What we log

Wrong or outdated facts in guides, hubs and area pages
Calculation errors
Wrong labels, electric providers or profile facts

We don't log routine daily price changes from the feed. Those carry their own pull time on every card.
