Who we are
New Dallas Apartment Team is an apartment locating team that works only with ground-up new construction on the Dallas side of DFW: Dallas, Collin, Denton and Ellis counties, with Rockwall in scope. Every building on our board had its first move-ins between 2024 and 2027. No renovations, no conversions, no older buildings with new names.
You've already decided you want new. We help you choose between new buildings and price them honestly. Recommendation first, then the tradeoff, then the proof.
How we get paid
Communities pay the brokerage when you lease through us. Your rent is the same either way, and we never charge renters. That's the money disclosure, and it's why we built one rule into our software: commission never affects the score, the sort, placement, recommendations or alerts.

We work under Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC, a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed brokerage, TREC #562021. Read the Information About Brokerage Services and the Consumer Protection Notice. If Spirit or anyone on the team has an affiliation with a listed community, we disclose it before your tour.
What we won't publish
No counts, ratings or experience claims we can't produce on request. No invented reviews. No founding dates or placement totals. At launch you get our license, our method and dated numbers. Later you'll see closed-lease placements and our own Google reviews.
