Our commitment
New Dallas Apartment Team, operating under Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC (TREC #562021), provides equal professional service to every renter. Federal and Texas law prohibit discrimination in housing based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), familial status and disability.
How we write
- No safety or crime language about any area or building
- No steering by any protected class
- No phrases that imply who a building is for, such as "great for families," "young professionals" or "quiet community"
- Needs, never identities: we match to timing, budget, commute, pets and must-haves you choose
How we show labels
Some communities are legally restricted by age (55+ or 62+) under the Housing for Older Persons Act, or by income through programs such as Dallas PFC, LIHTC or Essential Worker tiers. We show a "Who can rent here" label so you know the rule before you apply.
Photos and imagery
Our imagery focuses on buildings and finishes. When people appear, they are small and incidental, never used to suggest who a building is for.
Assistance animals and accommodations
Assistance animals are not pets under fair housing rules. You may request a reasonable accommodation or modification related to a disability. We can help you make the request in writing.
Report a concern
If you believe you've experienced discrimination, contact the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). You can also tell us at hello@newapartmentsdallas.com.
